SFNE Buy American Legislation Passes NEw Hampshire House and Senate

It is with great pleasure that SFNE can announce that legislation has passed the New Hampshire Senate and House that will give the steel fabrication industry preference for state-funded construction projects. SFNE is not finished yet, as the bill requires Governor Sununu's signature. While there is no guarantee that the Governor will sign the legislation, we are hopeful that he will in the next couple of weeks.

The path to this victory was complicated and filled with challenges and diversions as the legislation was amended, defeated, revised, and changed over many weeks, votes, and committee meetings.
