New Buy American Amendment Introduced in the House
Tuesday, July 12, 2022Representative Minority Leader Bradley Jones (R-20th Middlesex) filed Amendment #4 to the House Economic Development Bill (H5007) on Monday.
Amendment #4, Promoting American Manufacturing, would allow domestic steel fabricators to compete for taxpayer-funded construction projects instead of that work going to foreign companies and economies.
The Economic Development Bill is expected to be on the House Floor this week.
