Meet the New Members of the SFNE Board of Directors
Justin Auciello is the President of Auciello Iron Works, Inc., located in Hudson, MA. He is a third-generation small family business owner, has been involved in all aspects of the business, and is a CWI.
Before joining the fabrication industry, Justin was a high school English and Journalism teacher. Auciello Iron Works, Inc. is a fabricator of pedestrian, ornamental, and crash-tested railings; light structural steel and steel repairs for bridges; bridge and building components; and miscellaneous metals
Hollie Noveletsky is the Owner and CEO of Novel Iron Works and Rose Steel, located in Greenland, NH.
She is a past board member of SFNE and currently is a member of the Board of Directors of AISC and the Board of Trustees of the Community College System of NH.
Hollie also serves on the SFNE Buy American Fabricated Task Force.
Justin Schietinger has spent almost a decade in the construction industry. He worked for four years as the Director of Business Development for what is now one of CT’s largest steel fabricators. He also has experience in project management at the steel sub-contractor level and the general contractor level.
Currently, Justin manages the New England Territory for Intsel Steel East and is responsible for ensuring their customers’ satisfaction in this area.
Justin serves as the Chairman of the SFNE Golf Tournament Committee and as a member of the SFNE Education Committee.
