SFNE is pleased to introduce the newly elected Board members.

Randy is currently an Outside Sales Rep for Gerdau North America and works in the Construction and Fabricator Sales Division.
His territory covers the Eastern Atlantic states including New England. He has been in the steel and construction industries for more than 35 years in sales and management positions.
Randy is new to his New England sales territory, but he has had some local exposure while his company worked on construction projects with ADP Marshall and Fluor.
Randy lives in Florence, SC (the birthplace of Nucor) and started his career in the industry at Vulcraft-SC in 1989. Prior to joining Gerdau, Randy was with Valley Joist in Atlanta, GA for 5 years as a Regional Sales Manager and Purchasing Manager. He and his wife Rita ave two grown sons.

Michael P. Sams is a founding member and shareholder of Kenney & Sams, PC. Mike is a twenty-six year trial lawyer and focusses his practice on construction law; handling contract drafting and negotiating, arbitrations, litigation, bid protests and trials.
Mike is also a member of SFNE’s Program Committee. Mike has received an AV Rating, the highest rating for legal ability and professional ethics, from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory and has been rated one of the top 100 lawyers in New England by Boston Magazine and a New England Super Lawyer since 2005.
The SFNE Board wants to express thanks to Brett Miller from Building Envelope Systems whose term ended at the end of 2020. Brett will continue to serve on the SFNE Buy American Fabricated Task Force
