New Hampshire Buy American Bill Passes the House
Thursday, April 21, 2022The New Hampshire House of Representatives passed SB438 as amended on Thursday, April 21, 2022. SB438 would establish a requirement for American-made steel products in all publicly funded construction projects -- a crucial step towards creating a level playing field for domestic steel fabricators.
SB438 has now been referred to the House Finance Committee. As more information becomes available, SFNE will update its members and Buy American Supporters.
