SFNE Government Relations Committee Issues a Call to Action on Buy American Legislation

Stephen J. Capone, President of SFNE and Capone Iron Corporation, is asking for your support in the committee’s efforts to pass H.3108 and S.2026 in the MA state legislature.

H.3108 is sponsored by Jeffrey N. Roy (D-10th Norfolk) and S.2026 is sponsored by Joan B. Lovely (D-2nd Essex) with our first public hearing set for June 8th.

SFNE is asking its members, Buy American supporters, and all participants in the structural steel industry to support our Government Relations Committee in its efforts to sustain widespread enthusiasm for, and the ultimate passage of, this Buy American legislation in Massachusetts. The SFNE Government Relations Committee intends to continue these efforts in Connecticut and the rest of the New England states.
